Our goal is for our clients to operate a comfortable, safe building with the lowest possible operating costs and the least impact on the environment. Our fleet of GPS equipped service trucks insure we can be at your site in a timely manner to keep downtime to a minimum. Our technicians have an average of 10 years with our company. Our safety and training programs insure you will have a highly qualified, state licensed technicianworking on your equipment. Most of our technicians carry multiple trade licences including heating/cooling, electrical control wiring, sheet metal and thermal solar. Our technicians are all OSHA 10, and EPA certified.
Your equipment will be evaluated and a preventative maintenance agreement will be custom designed for your building based on your requirements. A primary technician will be assigned to your building along with a back-up. These technicians will become very familiar with your operation and keep diagnosing time to a minimum.
Our service manager will provide recommendations on equipment upgrades and repairs as required. If your building is so equiped, we can access the energy management system remotely and make adjustments from our office, saving on service calls.
