Preventative Maintenance of HVAC systems has been proven to cut operating costs by saving energy and providing consistent comfort. Systems with clean filters and coils operate at 10 to 15% better effenciency than units that are not regularly maintained.

With our fleet of 20 trucks, we currently service multiple clients with over 100 locations. A Maintenance Agreement arrangement is a contract between you and Commercial Air Services Co. to perform scheduled preventative service on a regular basis. Commercial Air Services is responsible for keeping track of required preventative service and contacting you for scheduling when the next preventative service is needed. A documented service history is kept on each piece of equipment. Preventative maintenance is scheduled and controlled by our Service Manager.

These regular heating and cooling inspections only represent a fraction of the overall benefits inherent in Commercial Air Services maintenance agreements. As part of each initial heating and cooling system inspection, a customer is entitled to a full system cleaning, which can help minimize energy costs throughout the year by helping these systems run more efficiently. Additionally, if an annual heating or cooling system inspection does happen to reveal a problem, then a subscriber becomes eligible to have the necessary repair work performed at a reduced cost as a component of the basic maintenance agreement.

Therefore, while the average customer with a maintenance agreement might not hope for problems with his heating and cooling systems, in many cases the monthly fee can more than pay for itself in reduced service and repair charges.
